Initially I was a little skeptical but the benefits of this supplement, but wanted to give it a try after hearing about it on the Joe Rogan podcast with Dr. Andrew Huberman. After taking them on the first day, I can honestly say they help me with endurance and mental stamina. Ran 5.67 miles and didn’t even think twice about stopping which typically happens after mile 2. Its like I knew the pain and discomfort was there, but the more I ran the stronger I was. Some cool data to share — My pace for mile 4 & 5 were actually better than mile 2 & 3. Even afterwards I felt like I could run another 2-3 miles. So happy I made this purchase!
I only take 1 pill each morning and notice the following effects throughout the day:
1) Energy and determination
2) Reduced Anxiety
3) Improved Mood
4) Tingling in my balls (not sure what this is)
Have been taking for ~1 week. No negative side effects so far.
Other variables: I run 2 - 3 times per week in the morning and resistance train 5 days per week for ~30m sessions. Also I try to consume 1g protein per pound lean body mass daily.

Sounds like a lot of reviewers here are using this as a viagra lol. But I’m here after listening to Joe Rogan podcast that discusses tongkat ali and turkesterone. I’m taking these to boost my workouts because I feel like my growth has been plateauing.

With that said, I'm not going to lie. I'm only 32, but I wanted to try this to improve my body composition. (I don't need it for a sexual enhancer.)
But It turns out that I don't really need it like I thought I did! Only took HALF a capsule and experienced symptoms of (too high of) testosterone levels. (If that happens to you, take 25 mg of Zinc Picolinate and perhaps eat a food high in iron (and have some type of sweet snack) . . . Just watching out for my fellow brothers! Be especially careful if you combine this with DHEA. Because you're taking an even greater risk in this regard!
So, yes. Younger men can use this. But NO, I don't recommend taking the entire capsule. Even if you're older, I think it's best to "go easy" with this until you see how well your body absorbs it! (Again, mine did TOO WELL!) If you feel no increased blood flow in the region I mentioned, you may want to still take the same (lower) dosage, but also something good for circulation. (Point being, don't mega dose on this, see no results and then go to something that is good for circulation while doing so . . . Use common sense. You can stress your heart rather quickly when inducing high testosterone!)
What these have done for me so far is helped me wake up and not have a headache or be in a bad mood. I notice an increase in focus and motivation as well.

You feel more energetic, definitely hungrier, but also more flexible and lean. Agree with other commenters that the male anatomy is enhanced within 6-8 hours of taking these herbs. You also stay somewhat hard for 15 minutes afterward, so get used to it, bro!
After taking this stuff for three weeks, I have way more balanced energy, and my sex drive feels like I'm 18 again.
