Ive noticed a bump in strength and stamina. I was stuck at a certain rep range for a long time and suddenly I was able to blast through it. I notice an increased ability to train harder for longer and my running has improved. I didnt buy the stuff for improve sexual performance but *ahem* things are going quite stiffly in that department.
Im not sure if all this is due to a boost in testosterone or some other mechanism but so far so good.
Update, at 1 month I added 1 cap of longjack 100. after about 6-8 weeks I would say I feel great, with a sex drive I haven’t had in nearly 15-20 years. I will likely be taking this for years.
I have been taking this for a month 3-4 times a week after breakfast and working out in the evening. Objectively, I have not experienced any abnormal progress in my training or physical change. Mentally, I feel like I am placebo-ing myself into thinking I have more energy because everyone else has experienced it.
Either way, no negative side effects. I can't speak on the quality of the actual product since I think I personally just don't react to it.
